GALLERY - DRAWINGS / MULTIMEDIA

Jacqui Melbourne

My plan, on retirement from graphic design, was to paint and draw, place pieces in the corner.

Having worked in advertising, with client briefs and deadlines, the freedom to choose what I wanted to create was liberating, although confronting.

After I crash tested a few pieces with some very special friends, I have ventured out. Beginning by donating some works to raise money for some worth while causes.

I am not solely an equine artist, it is where i spend time presently...who knows where tomorrow will lead.

Texture excites me, mistakes can often lead to victories, so I experiment often in multimedia science projects. Papers, recycled materials, half empty bottles of stuff from my husbands shed (he is very patient). The hardware shop is a cool place to browse.

I hope you enjoy viewing my gallery. Works available for sale can be viewed by clicking the link above.
